4. Ad Types and Specifications:
For Audio ads: Each advertisement should be an Mp3 recording. Your advertisements will occur three times each show during four shows. The cost is $300 for four programs. It will be a 30 second advertisement at the beginning, during the middle and at the end of the show. Our company will record the advertisement or I will say it live.
5. Terms and Conditions:
1. The Dr. Stephen Jones promises to provide a high quality program that includes the advertisements agreed upon. The program will only bring in guests who are interested in providing motivational, educational and career information. All payments are due BEFORE the ads will run.
2. The Dr. Stephen Jones Show reserves the right to edit, revise or reject any advertising. All advertising is subject to the terms and specifications in this agreement.
3. The Dr. Stephen Jones Show shall be under no liability whatsoever by reason of error, including any translation error, for which it may be responsible in any advertisement beyond liability to give the advertiser or advertising agency credit for the advertisement as is materially affected by the error; and its obligation to give such credit shall not apply to more than one incorrect insertion under any contract or order unless it is notified of the inaccuracy prior to the deadline for repetition of the insertion.
4. The Dr. Stephen Jones Show does not guarantee any given level of circulation or readership for an advertisement.
5. The advertiser assumes liability for all content [including text representation and illustrations] of advertisements published and also assume responsibility for any claims arising there from made against the Dr. Stephen Jones Show including costs associated with defending against such a claim.
6. Advertisers are responsible for checking the accuracy of their commercial. The advertiser should carefully check the entire advertisement, including areas in which changes or corrections were not requested.
7. Cancellations, changes of advertisement dates and/or corrections must conform to published deadlines.
8. Cancellations or changes cannot be guaranteed in advertising between the time the ad is ordered and the initial broadcast.
9. There will be a $25.00 charge for any check not honored by the bank. Returned checks must be replaced with certified/cashier/wire transfer funds within 48 hours of notification. The Washington Post reserves the right to withhold further advertising pending receipt of replacement funds.
